About the Foundation

The Munawar and Riffat Chaudhry Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation incorporated federally under the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act on July 21, 2026. The Foundation intends to apply to the Canada Revenue Agency for registration as a charity. It is not currently a registered charity and cannot issue official donation receipts for income tax purposes. Information concerning charitable registration and donation receipting will be updated as applicable.

Submitting an assistance request, scholarship notification or any other form does not create an obligation on the Foundation to provide assistance. Eligibility depends on program criteria and available resources.
